The Love Locks Fence
BRAND NEW! The Unremarkable Love Locks Fence located next to the Museum of Unremarkable Objects.
We have combined the Unremarkable Chain Link Fence and the Unremarkable Padlock to create the Unremarkable Love Locks Fence.
Bring a padlock and add it to our fence!
Love Locks are a romantic tradition where couples attach padlocks to a public structure, such as a bridge or a fence, to symbolize their eternal love.
Love locks have become a global trend, but also a growing source of nuisance and concern for authorities and environmentalists.
Our Love Locks fence was created specifically for this purpose and we ask that you please do not throw the key away in our creek on on our property.
The mission of the museum is to celebrate the ordinary objects we see and use everyday….But to see them in a completely different way... as works of art.

A new Sleepy Hollow Stump Being Installed
A brand new (fortified with steel pipes and cement) Sleepy Hollow Stump is being installed. To replace the one that vandals destroyed in June.
RIP Sleepy Hollow Stump 2016-2025
And this is why we can't have nice things...
Sometime during the night of June 21, someone drove into, or backed into, the Sleepy Hollow Stump.
The Stump split down the middle. Many of the displays on the stump were damaged. Two nights later in a storm, the Stump collapsed.
