Black History Month *February 2025

Black History Month 2025 In 1976, President Gerald Ford officially recognized February 1 as the first day of Black History Month, asking the public to “seize the opportunity to honor the too-often neglected accomplishments of Black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history.” Here at the Museum of Unremarkable Objects we plan to highlight on our Facebook page all month some of the remarkable black Americans who have invented and developed some of the most remarkable Unremarkable Objects. #BlackHistoryMonth
